overpriced drinks unfriendly service
The pricing for spirits CAUGHT me off guard. Some were even MORE expensive than cocktails. This seemed unreasonable, especially given the quality of the drinks. the service lacked warmth, which diminished the overall experience. The setting was pleasant, but overpriced drinks combined with less than friendly service created an unsatisfactory visit.

Acceptable, but some issues

The reception staff were very friendly and efficient.
I was given a room. The room had generators right outside my window which were very loud and bothersome. I chose the hotel based on the location for peace and quiet with lovely surroundings, but I found neither.
